Team Stomp Out Stage IV Breast Cancer is marching into our 10th year of giving advanced breast cancer the boot! Every dollar we raise this year will go directly to metastatic breast cancer (MBC) research at MD Anderson’s Advanced Breast Cancer (ABC) Program.
Our mission remains clear: better outcomes, more services, improved treatment options, and stronger care coordination for patients with advanced breast cancer. Over the years, our voices have helped build a program that is growing and transforming patient care. But there’s still so much more to do.
MBC is not curable. Patients face the daily battle of balancing quality of life while maximizing survival—an enormous challenge. The world of cancer is scary and complex, but the ABC Program works to bridge the gap between fear and hope.
While we are proud of the progress made, we refuse to settle. In memory of the team members we’ve lost and in honor of those still fighting, we remain relentlessly committed to improving the lives of MBC patients.
